Andy Bright has practiced law in Hagerstown, Maryland for 25 years, and in surrounding counties and states as well. In 1995, he formed his own law firm and has practiced as a solo attorney since that time. He maintains a working relationship with other attorneys, which is important for making referrals and solving questions when necessary.
Andy's practice focuses mostly on the areas of consumer bankruptcy (chapters 7 and 13) and family law. However, as a small town lawyer, he has a general knowledge of other practice areas so that other matters can either be handled or referred.
It is important to Andy that he take time to translate legal issues for clients and help them to form a logical approach to settlement or litigation.
